Who we are

Joseph Bediako

I am one of the elders at Beulah Family Church, Thornton Heath (Croydon). I lead Regeneration Kids with an incredible team of people around the world. I  am married with two sons and I have compelling desire for God to transform our towns, cities and country.

I oversee the team of staff and volunteers who run Kidz Klub in local primary schools, which currently pastor 200 children, aged 6 - 11 on a weekly basis, and lead assemblies for many more children across the London Borough of Croydon.

Liz Clevely

I have lived and worked in Thornton Heath for over 30 years. I graduated from Spurgeons Coleege in 1984 with a B.A. in theology and have been in ministry with my husband ever since. I was a stay at home mum for 17 years while my children were growing up and I then worked in education as a part time teaching assistant for 15 years.

For the past 2 years I have been a part time children's worker at Beulah Family Church. I took this role on after our Kidz Klub programme began to expand. We are currently operating in 12 schools as well as church on a Sunday.

While working in education I was very aware that a lot of children have poor family support and therefore lack self-esteem and confidence. I strongly believe that through our Re:Generation Kidz Klub programme, we can teach and instill this in them while they are young, and they will become self-confident, resilient, caring, independent adults and young people. Over the past 5 years, working with Re:Generation Kidz Klub has had a huge impact on my own self confidence and self-belief, empowering me to achieve more in my personal life.

I am looking forward to seeing Re:Generation Kidz Klub expand even more in the future and to see many more children helped and supported through their key years of growth and development.

Joanna Flynn

I joined the Kidz Klub team in 2018 to support the delivery of Kidz Klub in the schools and churches we work in partnership with. I have recently graduated with a BEd (Hons) in Primary Education, which has given me skills and experiences with working with young people (aged 4-18) in an educational environment. During this course I chose to focus my option modules on supporting children’s mental health in the classroom and beyond, investigating Autism through theory and practice and supporting education outcomes for Looked after Children. I am currently studying a part time MSc in Child Protection in order to continue my professional development within this area of interest.

For 18 weeks of the year I spend my time as the assistant director for Younger Generation Theatre Group, and have the responsibility of choreographing their shows. This year I also performed in the show singing and dancing, which is something I really love doing. During my time at university, replicas relojes I enjoyed working as a part time nanny for two children aged 6 and 8. I was also on the committee for my Cheerleading team at university and was responsible for publicity, fundraising and organising team events.
